GAELIC RIBEYE for Two PDF Print E-mail
Two 8 - 10 ounce Ribeye Steaks
Any choice of steak can be substituted and cooked the same way.

Rock Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Fresh Garlic
Butter
Irish Whiskey ( your favorite is fine)
You will need a wrought Irion skillet.  ( like the one your mom had for
years!)

The skillet is heated to 350 on the stove top.

While the pan is heating you will need to liberally salt and pepper
your steaks and press in fresh garlic.  Do not be shy with the garlic.

Once the skillet is hot, you can use a teaspoon of olive oil in the
bottom of the pan and immediately place your steaks inside the pan.
Cook to order, however during the cooking process you will need to add
a little Irish Whiskey throughout the cooking process.  This recipe is
best for Rare to Medium steaks.

Be careful not to used too much Irish Whiskey, you don't want to burn
the house down!

Good Luck!

Dugan's Pun Proudly serves;

Harp Lager | Guinness | Smithwick's | Killian's Irish Red | Bass Ale
Yuengling | Bud Light | Michelob Ultra
